N0TICE:  Currently there is no content on the site that requires a members log in.  When a members only page is created all members will be sent a temporary password.

The Slow Spokes Bicycle Club is a group that rides and socializes together.  We are a family oriented club and encourage youth participation in our events.  All members receive a monthly newsletter with a schedule of club events.  As a member, you will also receive special discounts at local bicycle stores and related businesses.

 

Club rides are April through November, weather permitting.  Fast or slow, all cyclists are welcome to share in the fun.  During the long cold Michigan winters, December through March, our members will participate in club walks.

OUR MISSION

  • Promote the general interests of cycling in all its phases.
  • Encourage and facilitate all forms of bicycling.
  • Defend and protect the rights of bicyclists.
  • Secure a better understanding and recognition of the need for safer riding conditions.
  • Cooperate with public authorities in the observance of all traffic regulations.
  • Promote better bicycle facilities.
