The 47th annual Peach of a Ride is an escape into the

scenic and gently rolling countryside of Macomb and St Clair counties traversing forests, farmland and orchards.

New Start Location

The Peach of a Ride start/finish has a new location, the Memphis American Legion hall, 34330 Bordman Rd (just east of the High School). See the map below for directions.


Take your choice of routes.

            12 miles - new family ride

            22 miles – great for novice riders and families with young kids

            40 miles – a few ups and downs, but a superb ride

            60 miles – perhaps our most popular ride

          100 miles – challenge yourself with our signature ”Peach of a Ride”.

Routes open from 7:00am to 4:00pm

Food Stops

All routes have conveniently located food/rest stops amply stocked with cold drinks, fresh fruit, snacks and homemade cookies.  A hot lunch and delicious peach dessert is waiting for you when you finish your ride.  A vegetarian option is available.

Route Marking and Maps

Routes are marked on the pavement and identified by the mileage.  Maps and cue sheets are available at the registration area.  The routes are posted on ridewithgps and are downloadable to Garmin devices.  Click below to view your desired route's map and cue sheet.

SAG Service

Radio supported/dispatched SAG service is provided on all routes to accommodate riders needing medical or mechanical assistance. 



Peach of a Ride T-shirts

Be sure to get your high visibility green, technical 

wicking 2017 Peach of a Ride T-shirt.  Small, Medium, Large and X-Large are $12.00; 2X-Large and 3X-Large are $14.00.T-shirts may be purchased with either your online or mail-in-registration.  Pre-order not available after August 1.  Limited quantities and sizes will be available on the day of ride.

Important Information

  • ·       Bike helmets are MANDATORY
  • ·       Practice courtesy to other riders
  • ·       Signal your intentions to motorists and fellow riders
  • ·       Obey all traffic laws
  • ·       Routes open 7:00am
  • ·      100-mile riders  must start by 8:00am
  • ·       60-mile riders must start by 9:00am
  • ·       12, 22 and 40-mile riders must start by 11:00am
  • ·       All routes close at 4:00pm
  • ·       Routes are marked on the pavement and identified by 
  •        distance
  • ·       Maps and cue sheets are available at registration
  • ·       Radio SAG service for minor repairs and medical 
  •        emergencies
  • ·      Hot lunch and delicious peach dessert at conclusion of ride

Proceeds from the Peach of a Ride are generously donated to local charitable organizations and bike advocacy and safety programs such as:
